I don't have an NDIS plan
Thorne Harbour cannot determine your eligibility or complete your application, but you can learn about eligibility and applying through the NDIS.
Resources

Preparing for Your NDIS Plan
Information about accessing the NDIS and preparing for your planning meeting.
LGBTIQA+ Clauses for Your Service Agreement
Suggested clauses to help make inclusive and affirming support expectations clear.
Thorne Harbour Health cannot assist with NDIS applications. A good first step is to speak with your GP, who can provide advice and the written evidence required for your application.
Include clear written evidence from relevant health professionals and service providers. Your application should explain both your disability and how it affects your daily life, independence and participation.
Community participation funding can support activities that help you connect with your community, including training, work opportunities, volunteering and social activities.
Thorne Harbour provides community participation support Monday to Saturday, from 9am to 8pm.
A support coordinator helps you understand your NDIS plan, connect with suitable services and make the most of your funding to work towards your goals.
Thorne Harbour can provide NDIS-funded counselling if you have a psychosocial disability, your plan includes sufficient funding for therapeutic supports, usually under Improved Daily Living, and counselling aligns with your NDIS goals.
